We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
Delivery Guide & Cost
We currently offer standard delivery via Poslaju (Pos Malaysia Berhad) for delivery inside of Malaysia. A standard rate of RM8 within Semenanjung Malaysia and RM12 for delivery to Sabah/Sarawak. The rate may change according to the weight of the parcel or from time to time according to Pos Malaysia Berhad rules, requirements or regulations. When you create an order through our website, our system will automatically shown the delivery rate of your order.
For delivery outside of Malaysia, we also uses Pos Malaysia Berhad. Different rate applies based from one country to another.
We aim to deliver orders within an estimate time of one to seven working days of orders being placed and once payment has been received during non-promotional time (normal time). However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Malaysian Public Holidays are not classified as working days. If you have not yet received your delivery status after the estimated days accordingly, please contact us through WhatsApp at +601156900395
Pre-order is also considered as sale period (promotional time). Deliveries may also take slightly longer than usual for pre-order items
Shipment and Tracking Number Notification
Delivery notification such as when your items has been shipped out, along with the tracking number will be sent automatically by our system into the email address you have provided, within the estimated time period (see above on Delivery Time). It is important to provide a valid email address in which you are able to log on to. In case you could not find our email in your inbox, do check your spam section as well, as our email might go into the spam section of your email. But if you still have not received any email notification from us even after the estimated time period (see above on Delivery Time), you may contact us through our WhatsApp at +601156900395.
Why it is stated as "no record found" on Poslaju website when I try to trace my Tracking Number?
Parcels that has just been newly delivered will not show up on Poslaju website immediately on the same day of delivery. Kindly allow for at least one to two days before you can check again on their website. For other inquiries relating with Poslaju terms & conditions, you may get in touch with them directly.
