Postage & Return Policy
- Semenanjung Malaysia, postage fee starts from RM8.00 (for below 500gm).
- Sabah & Sarawak, the postage fee starts from RM12.00 (for below 500gm)
- All orders will be processed around 3 working days before it is posted out.
- For Sale period, order processing will be extend to 5 working days before items are posted out.
- ID number will be send via email once payment has been made for us to track down all order processes.
- Tracking number will be send out via email once it has been processed.
- We are only able to deliver to one address per order. Please make another order if you would like to deliver to another address as we are currently unable to take multiple orders.
- All orders are delivered by PosLaju courier services.
- Amaryllis Wellness will not be responsible for any defects or problems made by other party during delivery process.
- Exclusively for agents or distributors, the terms and conditions for your purchase will be slightly different. Therefore, please contact Amaryllis Wellness's team who is in charge for further info.
- Contact our retail / beauty consultant or email to firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any problems or defects on our Adania products.
- State the issue and ID number for our reference. Please attach picture as well for proof of defects.
- We only accept reports sent during 3 working days after product has been retrieved by customer.
- Every item which needs replacement will be processed around 10-14 working days until being posted to the customer.
